Tips for Planning Your Event

  • Choose a location with enough space for safe wagon movement (fields, parking lots, roadways or acreage work great)

  • Consider adding food trucks, catering, fire pits or straw bales for a full experience (Lonestar Ranch can provide a fire pit or straw bales for your event)

  • Plan rides in rotation if you have a larger group

  • Wagons can hold about 20 people, while sleighs can hold around 16-18 people

  • Book early during peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays)

  • Think about timing—sunset rides add a great atmosphere

Lonestar Ranch Wagons & Sleighs provides a venue perfect for events. The venue is located at 53462 RR 225, Strathcona County, AB. This package includes:

  •  2-hour private party room that fits up to 30 (microwave, mini fridge, sink)

  • 1.5 hours of unlimited wagon rides around the grounds as you visit

  • Bring in your own food or get local pizza delivery

  • Can add a fire pit for an outdoor experience
